Therefore our advise is to find a sportclub with ISF certified trainers. Our trainers do know the system very well with all its features. They are well trained and have a big knowledge about physical training. Learn to know your body, explore its limits. Learn to go past your own limitations. Train wise, the ISF Training System provides schedules for all levels. Even with a (seemingly) light schedule you will quickly notice results.
